- Tertiary and higher education, relevant professional electrical engineering
- More than three years of full-time work experience of electrical design, and machinery and electronic products or electrical design engineering projects experience is preferred
- The outstanding college graduates of electrical engineering bachelor degree or above may be considered to train here.
